ArrivedEZ is a mobile application that simplifies the process of package delivery and shipping. Using this app, you can schedule delivery and pick up of the packages. We deliver and pick up shipments, seven days a week.

ArrivedEZ is currently available in Texas and soon will be coming in San Francisco and Chicago. Have a look at our Location page to see if we cover your neighbourhood areas.

To start, first ensure that we are available in your neighbourhood, you can have a track of this information by clicking on our Locations page. If we provide services near your neighborhood, download the ArrivedEZ app that is easy to use and available for both iOS and Android devices. Sign up and select a pricing plan, you will then get your unique shipment address at our secure warehouses. You can then start shipping your online purchases soon after that.
Get your package shipped to your ArrivedEZ shipping address, mentioning your unique customer number. Once the package is received at our warehouse, it gets scanned in our systems and made ready for the delivery schedule. Use the app to check which packages of you are ready for delivery.
Your unique ArrivedEZ shipment order can be used for pretty much anything inclusive of meal kit services, personal stylists subscription, homely goods, furniture and much more.
The items you want to return should be packed, taped and affixed with a prepaid shipping label. If you are not under monthly subscriptions pay the amount for your package, otherwise, if you are under the monthly subscription plan, these return pick-ups and deliveries are included in the package itself.

We accept payments by credit and debit cards as of now.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, we will only hold packages for 7 days after that there will be charge of $3.99 per day.

No. Currently, we offer services seven days a week.

There is no such limit. But if you have larger parcels to be delivered, let us know well in advance so that we can be prepared with a larger vehicle.
